• When you interact with our AI voicebot — voice data and any information you provide during the interaction, including name, contact details, and the nature of your enquiry.
• When you contact us directly — any information included in emails or messages sent to AI@acceleratebda.com.
• Automatically — basic website analytics including page views, session duration, and device type. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

We use your personal information to:

• Respond to enquiries and schedule discovery calls
• Deliver and manage our AI receptionist services
• Send service-related communications including booking confirmations and reminders
• Contact you about your waitlist position or service availability

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as is necessary to deliver our services and meet our legal obligations. Call recordings and transcripts generated through our AI receptionist platform are retained for a period of 12 months unless you request earlier deletion. Contact records in our CRM are retained for the duration of our commercial relationship and for up to 24 months thereafter.

6. Your rights under PIPA

Under the Personal Information Protection Act 2016 (Bermuda), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements

Our services are directed at business owners and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
