The specific services provided to each client are governed by a separate Client Services Agreement entered into between Accelerate Intelligence and the client at the time of onboarding.

Discovery calls booked through our Calendly booking system are subject to availability and are provided at no charge. Booking a discovery call does not create any obligation on either party to enter into a commercial arrangement. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a discovery call with reasonable notice.

Our AI receptionist service operates via call forwarding from a client's existing phone number. Standard call forwarding charges from a client's existing phone provider may apply. Accelerate Intelligence is not responsible for any charges imposed by a client's phone provider in connection with the use of our services.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bermuda. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bermuda.
